• AGE - at least 22 years of age
• EXPERIENCE - 2 years verifiable tractor trailer experience within the past 5 years
• LICENSE - Class A CDL must be valid and current
• ENDORSEMENTS - May require Tanker or HAZMAT at time of hire depending on position
• No more than 2 moving violations - past 12 months
• No more than 1 preventable DOT recordable loss - past 12 months
• No more than 4 moving violations - past 3 years
• No more than 2 preventable DOT recordable losses
• In combination - no more than 2 moving violations and 2 preventable DOT recordable losses - past 3 years
• No Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs - past 3 years
• No Possession of alcohol or drugs in a motor vehicle - past 3 years
• No Refusal to submit under implied consent, or similar - past 3 years
• No Suspended license (current) - past 3 years
• No Operating while suspended - past 3 years
• No Suspensions of 30 days or more, if the result of a moving violation - past 3 years
• No Felony using a motor vehicle - past 3 years
• No Leaving the scene of an accident / Hit & Run - past 3 years
• No Fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer - past 3 years
• No Reckless Driving Citations - past 3 years - past 3 years

**DOT preventable accident is defined as a preventable accident involving a fatality, bodily injury or disabling damage to a motor vehicle where a vehicle must be towed from the scene of the accident.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Must not be over 12 feet high
• Wheelbase needs to be below 270
• Equipment will need to pass a DOT inspection (we will inspect the truck before putting a unit in service)
• Will only accept equipment 1993 or newer

INSURANCE / OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Bobtail Insurance - With our company listed as additional insured, notifying us 10 days prior to policy cancellation
• Physical Damage Insurance (Our insurance coverage under dispatch is only for liability and does not cover Leased Operator's equipment)
• Occupational Accident Insurance - Certificate provided in our company name
• IFTA
• Registration / Base Plates
• Must operate under a Trade Name and have a valid Federal Identification Number
• Driver's License and Residence Must be in Colorado

LEASING PROCESS

• Complete and Submit Application with all required information 
• Successfully Complete a Road Test
• Have your Truck Inspected by Our Shop ($50.00 Fee)
• Successfully Complete a Drug Test
• Complete Driver Orientation
• Sign Lease & Provide Insurance Certificates
